Configure Secinsoft for Windows

In this article, we will show you how to configure the desktop app for Windows. Firstly, you need to download the Windows version, click on the button Download Desktop App For Windows

It will download a zip folder named SecInSoftWindowsBundle.zip

Unzip SecinsoftWindowsBundle and run S1 script as administrator inside the folder. This script will create two folders used mainly to save logs if the application launch meets some problems. After S1, run S2 as administrator too. S2 will download docker desktop on your Windows machine with WSL.

After S1 and S2, you should have a folder named secinsoft in C:/ and docker desktop installed on your computer. As a consequence, you can enter the main folder and click on the file main.exe

When you successful launch the application, two problems should remain

• Certificate to log in our harbor containers register
• Virtual Ethernet connection between your host machine and our launched container
